During the installation phase, our team makes sure the posts holding your fence are at proper depth and the soil around it is properly compacted. If a post settles, our team will gladly return and readjust the fence for you without any additional charge.

On The Fence inc. also guarantees proper functioning of gates and gate hardware for the first year after its installation. The warranty covers sagging of gates and defects in any hardware that prevents the gates from working.

Factors Out of Our Control

It is important to remember that an outdoor structure like a fence is likely to be subjected to harsh weather conditions in Florida. This makes our materials susceptible to changes with exposure to the external elements, including aging, weathering, discoloration or fading and other dimensional changes within reasonable means. When factors like this are out of our control, our warranty may not cover all related issues.

For our wood fences we use pressure treated, which might develop cracks or “checking” as the material dries. Although wood fences are vulnerable to checking, it does not impact the strength or longevity of a fence, and so is not covered by our warranty. Typically, once a check develops it will not continue to grow.

Additionally, our warranty does not include any damages to the fence caused by all acts of god, lawn equipment, vandalism, vehicle damage, climbing, storm or tree damage, swinging on gates or other misuse of gates and gate hardware, etc.
